When the PDF is launched use the tool bar on the page to navigate through the booklet. You might find the Page Thumbnails icon (2nd down from top left) useful. If this icon is not visible, click on the 3rd icon (Open PDF in Preview) at the bottom of the page to reveal. While the email address listed on the last page of the booklet is still active, the website is not.
