I had a lovely birthday with flowers from our children, cards from grandkids and a delicious bottle of wine. And then we all went to a local restaurant where they have a tapas menu: we all ate too much. Not all could come but positive feelings all around. 78 seems an age but really it’s all about travelling on with a positive attitude and just getting on with it.
