Yesterday Chris and l went to Sydney for the day (our first interstate trip for two years) to view the Matisse exhibition at the NSW Art Gallery and to celebrate Chris’s birthday. I was most impressed by Matisse’s drawings and sculptures both of which reminded me of the art that our son Callum creates. A great day ending with a lunch in the gallery restaurant.
