Japanese platter: March 2016

I’ve made two platters on which sushi and sashimi can be displayed, ready for devouring. Thanks to Yvonne for the idea and thanks to Grace for the cedar plank from Sarah’s wedding feast. I cut the plank into two, cut the holes to take the soy dish and coated the planks with chopping-board oil. A wonderful way to eat Japanese food.
