Just back from a few peaceful days at Yvonne and Trevor’s place at Lake Tyers. Trevor and l took Kishmull 2 out onto the lake for a leisurely ride down to the Glass House. This is where, many years ago, they used to make the glass insulators for telegaph poles. This is also where a few years back we had a picnic lunch, completed with tables, candelabra, and formal wear, to celebrate 70th birthdays; a lovely event.
Next day a ride into the bush for a picnic lunch and the last day a ride to Marlo (about an hour further east from Lake Tyers) to see the mouth of the Snowy river and to have lunch at the Marlo pub.
A very relaxing and enjoyable time with friends.
Here are a few photos.
