This evening drove into Melbourne and the top end of Bourke Street to view Uptown which
"transforms the top of Bourke Street into a 24/7 outdoor art gallery - a unique summer experience that partners 26 artists with the street’s architecture, vacant shops, restaurants, local businesses and laneways”.
